Definitions
When we say “Spellbound”, “we”, or “us”, we are referring to Spellbound Photography. When we say “Users”, we are referring to customers who are visiting our site or are using our Services. When we say “Clients”, we are referring to customers who are visiting or using our Users’ sites and who have an ongoing Contract with us (booked Wedding, Couple Session or Family session which may have happened and which is yet to be finalised, or which is yet to happen but is secured with booking deposit and signed contract).
Personal data
Users of the website, may use the website freely with no necessity to provide any even basic personal information. Limited and very basic information may be collected while the User expresses their interest in being contacted by Spellbound Photography. These personal information are: name, email address, contact number and will only be used in order for us to provide the details, the Users wish to receive back from us while sending an inquiry. Any data collected is provided freely by the Users.
How is your data used
The email address provided by the Users is used ONLY in relation to their inquiry, to send communication about the product(s) purchased or service requested. As long as the service or Assignment is ongoing, Spellbound Photography reserves the right to be allowed to contact the User of this website and/or Client. Upon completion of the Assignment (booked photo session or a wedding) / delivery of the ordered product (eg. Prints , USB with full set of images and / or an Album), we will no longer use the contact details and so we encourage our Clients to get back in touch if they wish to use our services in the future.
Please also note that all inquiries sent in via Contact form providing any even the most basic personal details, are permanently removed from email box or any other social media channel used by Users to send their inquiry after 6 months.
NO PERSONAL information is sold or traded to any 3rd party website at any point.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Spellbound Photography use Google Ad Words for its advertising and marketing our services. We confirm that the information that we receive from the statistics provided by Google AdWords are kept private and only kept for the required time.

We will retain your information for as long as We need to provide you with the Services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements and to protect our and others’ interests. We may continue to store your information for a reasonable amount of time after your Assignment has been completed – eg. in order to comply with legal obligations ( such as to comply with the Revenue Commissioner requirements). Anonymised information that are not identifiable to a person might be retained to help us improve our Services.
